Twenties Tuesdays- Cloche Edition

I had found this 20s springtime pink cloche last spring and was so happy it matched perfectly with a pink floral ditsy cotton 30s dress. I had planned to wear them to the Governor’s Island Jazz Age Lawn Party, but unfortunately my plans did not pan out. Instead, I decided to pair the cloche today with a full grey skirt from Rock Steady and a white pussy bow blouse from Collectif (my favorite repro company!)

Ok so it doesn’t QUITE go together. But whatever. I was feeling it today. I hate how the cloche had been stored flat on its side- I’ve been trying to reform it, but it’s still creased pretty badly.

I know the last few pictures are a bit fuzzy, but I kinda like them. Wearing my perennial favorite red lippy- Lime Crime’s Red Velvetine.
